In the spirit of living out Mister Pilates holistic vision, we are committed to utilizing the most sustainable practices and materials whenever possible.

All of our apparel is printed with high quality, water-based fabric inks in Austin, Texas. Water-based inks are softer and smoother so they feel just like your shirt. More importantly, water-based inks and processes are non-toxic and eco-friendly. Hooray!

Apparel fabrics are crafted in the USA with sustainable fibers and processes. Eco-Jersey™ fabric is composed of organic and recycled materials. This tri-blend fabric is sustainable and has a great soft, vintage feel.

We ship all of our shirts in durable, plant-based & 100% compostable mailers
via the USPS.

One dollar from every shirt purchased plants a tree via One Tree Planted, a 501(c)(3) non-profit global reforestation initiative.

 

 

about misty & spring

Misty Warren is a Pilates instructor based in Austin, Texas that has devoted her life to the art of the spring and holistic living. Her passion for movement and the environment led her to create Misty & Spring, a Pilates-inspired clothing line with an attention to connecting the community of Pilates, while drawing awareness towards sustainable and more eco-friendly alternatives.

By using biodegradable packaging, donating to One Tree Planted, a 501(c)(3) non-profit global reforestation initiative, and utilizing various Eco-Blend fabrics, Misty & Spring is devoted to a lifestyle of holistic health alongside the environment.
